Eugene, Happy New Year and thanks for your great dynasty reports.....I don't check them as often as I might but have just spotted Loco Dillinger in the All-Star team....great name and I'll keep my eye on him!!
Just wondered if you use the "League Development" option or do you keep the offensive/pitching balance the same over the years.
