Facepack upgrade and 1928 Pirates uni.

Note that Mulligan has previously been identified as Joe_Mulligan in both the facepack and batters pack. I have changed his name to Eddie_Mulligan in the facepack to remain consistent with SABR and Baseball-Reference.
