On the Team > Pitching page, how do you properly setup pitchers' roles?

Starting Rotation - I'm guessing use your top 5 SPs (for 5-man rotation).
What then should you do with Spot Starters?

Middle Reliever - I'm guessing use your top 4 MRs. Closer - Use your top CL.
What should you do with Mop-up Relievers, and Setup Relievers?
