This is very interesting because I've actually managed to do it, admittedly to a small degree. But anyway just to throw in my 2-cents, what I did was to simply keep the pitcher in the game after he's exhausted. You have to be prepared to loose, risk injury to your pitcher, mess up his seasonal stats, and do it more than once. If none of that is important to you after about 2-3 games (?) you might see stamina increase (note the word might). But as I say I have taken a 6-7 stamina or less (1-20 scale) and gotten it to a respectable mark. Will you get a 5 to a 15? No. Can you get a 5 to a 7? Yes, but it takes some time.
