I was able to create a new league using the TotalMinors and one of the logo sets I downloaded. Worked great! :-)
I created a Photo directory under the create directory and put my photos in there but they did not get propagated to the newly created league folder. Worked fine after moving them there myself, but is there a way to get the photos to install in the new directory when creating a new league?
