I think your HTML root directory is incorrect, so OU cannot find the game log on your server. I am assuming OU is loaded in the directory:
/home/oddballs/public_html/hrb.ootpleagues/OOTPOU/
If so, try changing the HTML root directory value to .. (two periods).
