The learning curve is really steep for this game bmwagner. I think it's taken me a couple of versions to figure out what I want in terms of all the permutations and combinations of settings.
Here is the OOTP 11 online manual. There wasn't a manual for this year's game, and there are obviously some differences from last year to this year, but there should be enough commonalities to help you along. You'll get there eventually if you keep fumbling along and asking questions and referring to the manual as you go. Good luck.
