Another thing I've noticed in leagues I was in before starting my own is people tend to let a commish go too long when they start "mailing it in". Which makes it tough when there are teams out there just doing nothing but ruining good players and prospects and then the 12 active owners only seem to trade with each other, makes the league get boring faster
