Well, say you decide the 27 Yankees are your All Decade Team for the 20's. That would be easy, just go to league setup, edit league structure, import historical team and select the 27 Yankees.

You could do that for all teams, then if there were a few players who you felt belonged on the team that weren't there, you can import individual historic players (On the league FA Page) and then assign them to a team of your choice.
