I remember in OOTP 6 there used to be a message when a player didn't think you were good enough saying something like, "Sorry, I need to play for a winner." I remember it, because it pissed me off royally when I saw it.
Did that get dropped somewhere along the line. In the HTML page for each player there is a Desire to play for winner rating displayed even though it doesn't show up anywhere else.
