There's a minor league pitcher who had a decent season and was drafted by another team in the Rule 5. He then is almost immediately waived. And then, about every 4 or 5 days throughout the season, he is waived and picked up, for a total of about 50 times a year. This happens for three years, during which he plays not an inning of minor or major ball. I then take him in Rule 5 and he becomes a multi-year All Star.

This has happened with not just one but two of my starters.

The multiple page History of waiver transactions and the 3 year layoff sure hurts the believably factor.

Anything that can be done?
