Don't know if anyone is still having this issue. There is a bug in the linux install that ties the registration to an IP subnet. When you change networks (ie: home to office, home to offline, WiFi to LAN, etc), the license gets borked and you need to release and reinstall the license.

I submitted a ticket to PISD and they sent me instructions on how to fix this issue. I was told they will attempt to add the fix to the next Linux installer so that this issue doesn't happen again.

OOTP does not specifically control the license subsystem for Linux, that is why I had to contact PISD.

A temp work around is to release the license then reinstall it. This however doesn't work for offline registration (ie: if you are playing OOTP while on a plane). PISD gave me info on how to fix this and I've not had this problem again. I believe the fix is specific to your license and install, and thus the specific instructions given to me won't work for anyone else. You need to contact PISD and they can help. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

Good luck!
