It's Mike Squires. I"d forgotten that Mike was there for the last month of the red unis/astroturf at Comiskey.
The "Topps" card is a fan-made mockup, btw. Two interesting things about the pic: the left-handed Squires seems to be batting right-handed, but he's probably doing a "finishing my swing" pose, and looking back at the camera. And I never knew Squires had blue eyes; he's usually too heavy-lidded to tell.
