I feel like the Blue Jays were a bit undervalued across the board. The game lists them as one of the worst farm systems in baseball, when in reality, they have one of the best.

The only guy I will point out (again, I don't want to sound like I'm bitching, though I probably am) is Brett Lawrie. He seems to be smashing every ball he's seen the last 2 years, but in the game, he looks like he'll be lucky to ever see a major league park. He should be closer to Mike Moustakas potential then a journeymen nothing prospect.

That's all, I know the Jays are an afterthought to most fans, but if it strikes you, take a closer look at them as a whole.

BTW, I think you nailed Brandon Morrow perfectly in this file.

Thanks Cubbyfan
I'm actually a huge fan of the Jays and AA. Behind the Cubs, they're one of my favorite teams. I don't have the ratings in front of me, but I can remember rating Lawrie, and I am 99% certain he has very good ratings and is far from a journeyman prospect. I'm pretty sure he's one of the better rated 2B prospects in the set.

That being said, they should score much higher in the rankings, so let me take a look at them tonight. They were one of the last teams I did prospect ratings for, so my brain might have been a bit fried on them. I probably didn't go as in-depth on them as I did on earlier teams like KC because of burn-out, so let me take a closer look. I'll probably bump them up the scale.

Unfortunately I can't control how the game uses players. If the OOTP Cardinals want to throw Westbrook in the pen while he has starter ratings, that's something that they'll do. I believe both guys should be starter material, whether or not the computer uses them there.
