Just thought I'd post a note to let everyone know I'm in the process of sifting through the Lahman's database and the baseball encyclopedia to create a master file of all significant palyers from 1900 to 2003. I'm almost done with the 1960's.
There will be all the best players (and many duplicates) to choose from. It will therefore be possible to set up and create historical leagues from all the best players over any of the modern decades.
Drop me a note if you'd be interested in obtaining a copy of my files. Lastly, "thanks" to the people at OOTP for putting together this wonderfully fancinating experience. Keep up the good work as I see there is still a ways to go especially in making "on-line" games more interactive and easier to keep play and keep track of.
This is my contribution toward that goal.
