And yes, you are correct... there are 1000s of stories with in professional baseball to tell. Not all that different from Jeffrey Allison's.

Thanks Big T, appreciate having you around for this wild ride of a dynasty. I really enjoy writing more on a personal level about the players, although finding information about them can be difficult. As for Allison, his talents are something like 8-9-8 (don't have it in front of me, but that's what I recall) on the 1-20 scale, so the odds of hearing from him again are slim. I'll keep you posted though!
I agree that there are 1000s of stories, and most of them great, and that's what really makes them so special. I'm sure the NBA and NFL have great stories too, but nothing compares to baseball for me. College sports are similar in that manner, although nothing compares to baseball, or in Spanish beisbol (I'm totally a fluent speaker
). I do disagree about some being not all that different from Allison's, but each is fascinating in their own way. That's what's great about the game, right?
