Working with Spritz No Asians High School DB

Spritz,

First off, thanks a ton for the time you put into this. I'm using your No Asians High School DB for the first time and I am really enjoying it.

I started the league at 1871 and just finished the 1894 season. So far, I have no significant issues.

One thing that I am confused about though is the lack of difference between the minor league stats of guys like Fred Betts, Philip Nadeau and Charles Baum (to name a handful) and their neutralized stats in the game. I had figured they would be adjusted further downward. It seems that their batting averages get a hit, but with very little differnce in power. So my single season home run leader right now is Len Sowders with 35 in 1888, while the other minor league stars usually dominate as well. Fred Betts led the league in HR twice and just put up a .375 20HR line in the admittedly crazy 1894 season.

I have Use Neutralized Stats turned on, and 1 Year Recalc (I've always preferred the craziness of one year recalc, since it mimics the craziness of real life baseball better, IMO).

For the "normal" major league players, is there any neutralization of their stats at all? Just out of curiosity I pulled up the Batting2.csv file and cross checked Hank Aaron. His Batting2.csv numbers are exactly the same as his real numbers on BBREF.

These aren't big issues at all, and I am having an absolute blast with the league. Even with these minor issues the historical accuracy is pretty darn good. So thnaks again and keep up the great work!
