Are you referring to the "team owner controls budget?" option?
I don't want the financials to be perfect in my league - in fact, the only thing I really want is to have some teams being generally stronger than others based on the fact that they have more money.
At the same time, I want this to be dynamic - I don't want the same teams always as the richer or poorer teams. I don't want nobody going broke either, or stars sitting in free agency because nobody has the money to hire them.
If I can get these things I'll be happy (although the fact that some players are now making $60M per year does bug me a bit).
