There are also some free programs out there which can help you free the amount of RAM you are using at any given time. I use a program called FreeRam Lite.
Go to <a href="http://www.zdnet.com" target="_blank">www.zdnet.com</a> and do a search for a program that helps free system memory, resources, etc.
