I use the Hard setting except during the winter meetings when I move it to Average. I have found it to be pretty difficult to get a decent trade at this setting, but I still find the Average setting too easy to rip off the AI, especially by trading expensive, on the decline old veterans for up and coming high potential prospects. It seems a little better than OOTP 11 but I'd still like a setting between the 2 (or make Average a little less easy).
