the team names should be correct just not the logos. you can find a lot of the logo packs in the mods section though.
if the team names are off you either have your world file bugged or some how chose to randomize team names or cities...you can do that at creation easily. but the game at default should give you all 30 mlb teams with all minor leagues, and all the current players as of at least opening day...only the logos should be a little off though the colors are usually close.
