If you do a custom view of pitchers' stats, you can see wild pitches. I think that you will find that, overall, the results are not unreasonable. However, some pitchers are surprisingly prone to this problem -- and this is a good reason to avoid them... By the way, you can adjust these sorts of things in game setup (I think it is under the "strategy" tab), if you want to.

I agree (and have previously posted) that runners do not score frequently enough from second base. The issue is somewhat clouded by the fact that sometimes you get the choice to try to score and sometimes there is not decision to be made. However, just the percentage of time that the runner holds up with no decision offered seems to be to be far too high a frequency... And, as you say, this seems even less realistic when there are two outs.
