I am noticing as I go through the ammy draft that not many teams have enough money to sign any, let alone, one draft pick. I don't want to adjust financials in the middle of the season, but I also don't want the teams to not sign any of their draft picks. What should I do?

BTW, I'm using the MLB quickstart and am in 2015.
