I've been pretty silent around here as I have been trying to continue on with my league that I imported into OOTP12 but it's proving to be more work than it is fun. Some of those new features you named are excellent but the financial system seems to be in complete disarray right now. As I am posting this, I count 9 threads on the first page in which people are dealing with financial issues. I have seen countless different anecdotes for "fixing" these issues but none of them really seem to be ideal.
Unfortunately I am at the point where I am going to go back to my backup of where I imported and continue on with my league in OOTP11. I'd love to experience all the new story lines(probably what I was most excited about), the new contract options, and the countless other features that were put into this new version but I can't go on with my league in 12 with the way finances are.
