Theres a lot of variance in this game compared to what we see in other games. The beauty of this game is like in real life anything can and usually does happen. So things like a top prospect flaming out or not reaching his potential happens a lot. Usually though if a prospect is really elite at worst he'll be an average starter. Just the swings of the game like in real life.
