Again, game immersion limitations are the _only_ exception I make to my "if it happens in the game it's part of the game" philosophy. As RonCo intimates, one would imagine there would always be a skilled trainer available, but at an appropriate price.

I see nothing wrong with, in your case, creating a personnel slot, editing them as desired and assigning- should they sign with you -an appropriate conscience-driven salary when doing so. Personally, in the rare event I ever do intervene with the editor, I make sure a 'penalty' compensation is included in that decision. So, if your world a skilled trainer is likely to garner a 128K salary, let's say, I'd dial mine up to $190K for instance to satisfy both my immersion tastes (hey, it costs a lot to find one!) and overall system integrity.
