One more... I noticed this previously as well.
It seems like most (all?) fictional players are created with Caucasian facial type regardless of country of birth. I noticed this first in the draft. This morning I had my scout find a prospect from Venezuela with an appropriate Hispanic name but with a Caucasian facial type (that said, he looks like an A list prospect!).
