Any "Best Of" list would be highly subjective and might not be as comprehensive as what you're looking for. That being said, why not start with the World Series winners and losers, division winners, etc. -- or perhaps check other game company's web sites to see if they offer "Great Teams of the Past" disks...often they'll provide a list of the teams on their ordering pages.

There's an old game I used to play called "Strategic Baseball Simulator" which had a very comprehensive "disk" of Great Teams from all the different eras. I might still have it somewhere on my old computer...I'll see if I can track it down.
