Epic fail. There is indeed a deeper problem here as it tanks every single league.
If indeed the problem is with ethnicities set to zero, then I have triggered the problem and there is absolutely no way to fix it.
I went into the nation editor and set the United States and all of its languages to zero, then added United States Historical and set that to 3000. If this is what is causing the bug, this is a major design flaw.
One, there is no mention of not to set to zero, two, there is no way to remove the language, I do not want anything but my modded US Historical to be used, and three, there seems to be no way then to fix the problem. The League gets destroyed and there is nothing that can be done.
