No, it has been over 10 years since I played a desktop baseball sim. . .so I searched for OOTP 12 forums for the answer, and here is a link to a post that might shed some light on it. It looks like you can modify it a couple different ways, but it is all handled via on-screen adjustments, NOT via a text file or other under-the-hood tweaking.
