Is there some way to prevent the MiLB managers from puting injured players on the 60 day DL. I let the computer manage my minors and when a guy on the 40 man gets hurt for a long time they put him on the 60 day DL. I don't like this because it gives him service time and when he is healed he has to go back on the 40 man. Sometimes I can't figure out how to put him back on the 40 man, there is space but the option does not appear in the menu and drag and drop doesn't work, forcing me to place him on the active and demote him or waive and DFA him.

Also, has anyone come up with financial settings that are pretty close to the modern MLB? The default seems a little low and star FA are asking for around $14 million instead of $20 million like the Sabathias and A-rods of our world do.
