So I took control of the Diamondback who have had only 2 winning seasons in the last 9 years. We're currently 22 games into the season and we sit at 10-12 3.5 games out of first.
My offense is terrible, ranking 15th or 16th out of 16 teams in almost all categories except steals where we sit at 6th.
My pitching however is fantastic, ranking near the top in almost all categories except my bullpen's ERA of 4.00 which is good for 10th, my bullpen couldn't go an inning without surrounding a run for the first week or so but it's since improved.
My biggest surprises ATM though are Mr. Frank Butler, a starter with a career ERA of 4.79 who has so far gone 0-1 with 1.88 ERA in 24 IP in his 4 starts. His main problem is control though, right now he has a .67 K/BB rate with 14 ks to his 21 walks. Also my minor league system is rolling over everyone ATM with my AAA team sitting at 14-1 and my AA team sitting at 15-5, so I've got some talent coming.

Wow, your minor league teams are great! Usually my minor league teams suck. This year though my triple A team is 29-29 so I can't complain.
