YES, that is what happens.
"Hit Game setup , then go back into Commish portal, and everything seems to work as it should at that point." ALMOST. Going into game setup is insufficient. I must go from game setup into online options. Only then will everything work properly.
Note, also, that I do not have my game set up to log into OOOL automatically every time I open it.
