You can set up default offensive and pitching/defensive strategies for your top-level in team in the team strategy section. The default strategy for each player is set at "Adjust to Team Settings," which makes it a global setting for that team.
Now it's cumbersome and time-consuming to replicate these same strategy settings from a single team for all of the teams in your organization. Improving the strategy-setting options by having one bunch of settings apply for every team in the organization as an "organizational policy" would be a step up. Fine-tuning existing strategy options or adding more detailed strategy settings here could be done in conjunction with any changes in game design, such as the pitching model and pitcher usage.
