Markus had been unable to reproduce it in testing but deleting and doing a new import seems to have fixed it for most users.
Just grasping at straws here but if reinstall doesn't do it maybe try disconnecting your internet, turn off anti-virus, and anything else that may be running in the background before importing.
Another idea, reboot your machine and try the import with a "fresh" start.
Do send your files in maybe since yours seems to repeat it will help Markus find the cause.
