There is some resemblance to the present facepack image (included here for reference), so I'll offer this for more expert opinion.
I'm pretty skeptical about this one. The photo most likely shows (unknown) Dean, who pitched for the 1928 Fairmont (WV) Black Diamonds. Dean 1941 would have been 13 at the time. That was the only record I could find of a player whose last name is "Dean" or "Deane" playing for a Fairmont team.
