With Jackson (and all pitchers) ERA isn't the thing you need to look at, it's his rate stats. I would agree that he's set a little low, but he shouldn't be anything more than 6 K/9, 4 BB/9, and 1.5 HR/9 at the Major League level (and that is high considering those are his AAA numbers).
