Great Chemisty Helping Cubs Right Along

The Chicago Cubs are the early stars of the National League with a 6-1 record and yet to suffer a loss in their first four games at Wrigley Field. The Cubs shut down the Phillies 4-1 behind Rick Sutcliffe on Thursday.

"We may be known as the lovable losers but when you look at our history and our lineup, we are going to win alot of games." said Mark Grace who is batting .278 to start the year.

The Cubs as a team are hitting .301 as a team, best in the National League with Ryne Sandberg loving the lead off spot and batting .393.

This is only the first week of the season however and as of today the entire NL Central has a winning record.

Still optimism at Wrigley Field isnt ever hard to come by.
