Most of mine go back to OOTP 4 except I lowered home runs with the steroid era coming to an end. FWIW here is what I use..
AB 167,353
H... 44,522 (.266 target for league batting avg)
2b.. 8919
3b.. 895
HR.. 5120
BB...16,222
HBP.. 1850
K....31,828
This is basically OOTP 4 default League Totals with HRs lowered to 11.5% of hits. I got the 11.5% figure, IIRC, from averaging the last 2 or maybe 3 years real life stats. Not sure how that .266 batting avg compared to the last 2-3 years. You'd have to check to see if you think it needs to be changed. I'm happy with it in my league.
Double Plays...3817 (1.57 per game)
Wild Pitch.. 1458 (.600 p\g)
Balk.... 146 (.060 p\g)
SB Attempts... 3839 (1.58 pg)
SB success %.. .734
These stats I pulled from baseballreference.com last year to tweak v11. Can't remember if I just took 2009 stats or if I averaged over 2 or 3 years. Keep in mind, unless v 12 has changed, you can't just enter these figures like the ones above. To get them fine tuned you would have to run a test season, figure how far off the target you are, and change the modifier accordingly. I'm hoping with the new "auto-calc feature" we can just input these figures too and let OOTP sort it out.
