Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing an update or a special setting- but it seems like if I go from 2010-2021- by 2021 the league is completely full of five star all-stars. In fact, it seems rare to see anyone below 70-80 (on a 80 scale) by 2021. The league also becomes extremely easy to dominate after 4-5 years out due to this huge influx of great players.

Additionally, relievers become ridiculous as time goes on. The draft seems full of these 80/80 prospects that come in and dominate the league with 1.00-1.50 ERAs. Sometimes they require no time in the minors.

Am I missing a setting? Would rather deal with teams that actually have to field some average replacement-level players along with their all-star cast. Especially in the small market context.
