I recommend that you start with this...

1. Get yourself a good-fielding shortstop
2. Get yourself a speedy & good-fielding center fielder
3. Get yourself a catcher with a strong arm.

Doing these three things won't solve all your problems, but you should see noticeable results.

Also, pay attention to the quality of your draft selections. You might want to review an inaugural draft thread started by Battist about 9 months ago...
