As a commissioner who has faced this exact thing in the USBL, I know how it feels. It's really fustraiting. The last thing a commissioner wants to happend is for a GM to take a winning team, and ruin the entire team, and then quit. To me, I'm not sure that Antonio get this part, is when the GM quits when he is done taking down the team, is when it gets fustrating.
Yeah, a GM has the right to control his team however he wishes, but quitting while he is rebuilding a team is one of the worst things that can happend
