Drew there was an issue like this in OOTP3 and the only way I could find to fix it was to unlicense and reinstall the game, but that worked for several users. Not sure if the same thing is causing the problem for you in OOTP4, but I'd bet it is. You can save & back up all your league folders of course, or just move them out of the old OOTP4 directory.
