This is already primitively modeled in the "random talent change" feature. Also Cal Ripken Jr. would like to talk to you about "being too big to be a SS".

Well it's a good thing a (I'm going to guess fairly large) portion of the community has no interest in online play. Otherwise the "From an online perspective" argument would hold some water. Not every feature is intended for every style of gameplay though.
