I say more micromanaging!! Expand scouting, let me set vendor prices in the stadiums, let me have bobble-head days, let me negotiate sponsor deals, ect.
Oh and let me get married, have kids.

Great points. Baseball is a business, make no mistake about it. There should be more ways to spend money, and improving several areas. I would love if there were those options you mentioned along with other things that MLB clubs really spend money on. I hope more stuff like that is added.
