But when people ruin the realism I start to get annoyed. I mean doing what you want is fine,go out and sign anyone u want but dont come in and quickly dismantle a WS winner and start to "rebuild" and get annoyed a year into that when your not winning and trade for a bunch of crapy vets thus ruining a team.

Maybe you should stick to solo leagues, then. That way you can run every team the way you want and have your version of "realism" play out for an infinite number of seasons.
I really do think that super-uber-elite league is a good idea. That way all you grognards can have things your way, wheel and deal and trade 17 guys per sim and be happy with your uber-ness.
I'm not sure why you think it's your business if somebody comes in and "quickly dismantles a WS winner"--it's not your team, is it? Why should you care, then? If I were playing in an historical league and I got a team with Albert Belle as a player, I would immediately trade him, no matter how bleeding good he is--simply because I came to strongly dislike the RL Albert Belle. But in your league, I would be criticized for doing that. Hmph!
You are contradicting yourself by saying "doing what you want is fine," and then complaining if an owner does exactly that. Does an owner have to consult with you before launching a rebuilding program? What if he doesn't care about winning the WS, but just wants to break .500 and be financially solvent and develop his farm system and build an interesting back-story for his team and have some fun? All of those things would be my goals in an online league, because I'm just not that well-versed in the game (OOTP or RL baseball) to know how to go for the jugular every year. To me it's all just fun.
I wish all you uber-guys would post all your leagues in your sigs so I can stay the heck away from them.
