If I wanted to blast you, I would've used a much more explicit and pejorativer language than "It is customary to ask the commissioner".
I am not worried about people leaving my league for yours, as I've said before that's really not my concern. I just think it would be polite to ask the commissioner before e-mailing the members. You have 90 spots to fill, that's perfectly fine by me and I totally understand the use of mass mailing. However, as I said, I think permission should be asked.

Look, I don't hate you, I think I've been fairly calmed when I could've ealily fallen into facility and said "Don't join this idiot's league! He's an a-hole and he's stupid". Anyway, no hard feelings from me.
