Here's my only piece of advice, do what feels fun to
YOU. It's been my experience that when you try to be all things to all people you only end up making yourself miserable. Since this is your first dynasty, you should experiment a little to get a feel on what type of dynasty you want to write, then go for it. Most of all though, just have fun.
