Well the owner/gm/manager idea I had last Summer, that was a really long time ago. But I still think it's strange nonetheless, especially if you e-mail everyone in my league saying they should join yours. I'm not saying you ripped us off (though it's a definite possibility), just saying that your claim about it being unique and having new ideas just isn't true.
3-tier manager is not new.
Franchise players is definitely not new.
10/5 rule is similar to wahat many leagues have.
Again, I encourage you to bring new ideas to the table; except they have to be new for you to claim it
