Meh, it's a tradition here.
First, note that OP asked merely for a RTR (where is that new marketing guy, anyway?).
Second, every year somebody (or somebodies) start a "when will it be" or a "where the heck is it" thread(s) despite:
- the no uncertain terms like "in the Spring" when it's still Winter, and
- the often very uncertain schedules for new software releases.
Third, and completing the tradition, are posters such as yourself who get outraged (well, irked a bit) over people inadvertently or deliberately ignoring 1. and/or 2.
It's fun!
